1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a phatya account, accessing our website at phatya.cam, or using any gaming services provided by phatya Casino, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the phatya platform and refrain from registering an account.

Your continued use of phatya services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain informed of any updates. phatya will notify registered players of material changes via email to the address on file and through prominent notices displayed on the platform.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with phatya Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. phatya reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Persons under legal guardianship or subject to any legal disability are prohibited from using phatya services.
• Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must be a resident or citizen of the Philippines and physically located within Philippine territory at the time of registration and during all gaming sessions. Access from outside the Philippines is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with phatya. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
• Personal Use Only: Your phatya account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party.

phatya reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements or who has previously been excluded or self-excluded from phatya or any other gaming platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create a phatya account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phatya account username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including phatya staff (phatya will never ask for your password);
• Immediately notify phatya's customer support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify phatya of a potential security breach. phatya will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, phatya is required to verify the identity, age, and address of all players. You agree to provide, upon request, government-issued identification documents (such as a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and any other documentation phatya deems necessary to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent account closure. phatya reserves the right to withhold funds pending successful completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

phatya accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and select cryptocurrency payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). All deposits are subject to phatya's internal risk management and fraud prevention procedures.

You acknowledge and agree that all deposits made to your phatya account are intended solely for gaming purposes. phatya is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Funds deposited into your phatya account remain your property and are held in segregated accounts separate from phatya's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification and compliance with all applicable terms, including bonus wagering requirements. phatya aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to Philippine financial institutions may take 1 to 3 business hours depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

phatya reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals or in cases where fraud or abuse is suspected. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if your account has outstanding wagering requirements, pending investigations, or unresolved disputes.

4.3 Payment Method Matching

To comply with AML regulations, withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposits. For example, if you deposited via GCash, your withdrawal will be paid out to your registered GCash account. Exceptions may be made at phatya's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.

4.4 Fees and Currency

All transa ctions at phatya are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phatya does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, or your bank) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond phatya's control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

phatya offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from bonus activation) or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse: phatya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the phatya website at the time the promotion is offered. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

All games offered on the phatya platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Each game operates using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures unpredictable and unbiased outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game are certified and audited.

You agree to use the phatya platform for legitimate entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets;
• Colluding with other players or using unfair advantages;

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phatya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms of problem gambling. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly);
• Loss limits;
• Session time limits;
• Reality check reminders;
• Self-exclusion options (temporary or permanent).

8 Account Suspension and Termination

phatya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Grounds for account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration;
• Being under 21 years of age;
• Holding multiple accounts;
• Engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity;
• Using the platform from outside the Philippines;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Breach of any other term contained in this Agreement.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your original deposit method, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees or charges. phatya is not liable for any consequential damages resulting from account suspension or termination.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the phatya website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of phatya Casino or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phatya platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phatya content without our express written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phatya Casino, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the phatya platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

phatya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your phatya account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

phatya is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or third-party service provider disruptions. While we take reasonable measures to ensure platform stability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

11 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phatya's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution service.

12 General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by phatya of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without phatya's prior written consent. phatya may freely assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or third party.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the phatya Privacy Policy and any applicable game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phatya Casino and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
